Dr. LyLy Ung Dr. LyLy Ung is a graduate with bachelor degree in anatomy and physiology from University of California at Berkeley in 1989 and received her doctor of optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in 1993 with honor. She has been in private practice for over 15 years. Dr. Ung is currently the clinical examiner for the National Board of Optometry. She is past president of the San Francisco Optometric Society and is member of The American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, and Bay Area Optometric Council, and involved in Sight for Students VSP for over 15 years.
Dr. Ung is married to her husband Stan for more than 10 years and has two loving daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and being involved with her kids' schools and their extracurricular activities.
Dr. Winnie F. Yee Dr. Winnie F. Yee is a graduate of University of California at Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in neurobiology. She then completed the Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry. Upon finishing her doctoral degree, she performed an additional year of residency in primary care optometry and low vision rehabilitation at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. She is currently a member of California Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Moved from Hong Kong when she was twelve, Dr. Yee can also speak Cantonese.
Mr. RAYMOND C. TSE, Optician Raymond is our beloved optician, not just by us but also by our patients. He is our magician with any frame. He can make a pair of glasses for you in about 30 minutes if we have the lenses in stock. He can make your drilled mounted glasses to any shape you want. Having over 45 years of optical experience, he is very knowlegable about lenses, premium lens options, new lens treatment options, and new frame options. He was originally an optician in Hong Kong and is well versed in Cantonese and Mandarin as well. He is always happy to take care of any glasses problem you have.
Ms. WENDY UNG Wendy is our office manager. She has been working with Dr. Ung for over 15 years. She will be able to help you with almost anything: frame styling, contact lenses ording, frame repairing and adjusting, and bookkeeping. But her passion has always been fashion and frame styling. She loves to give you a make over.
Mrs. LORETTA STORN Loretta has been working in this optometric office for over 30 years doing everything from managing the office to assisting Dr. Ung and Dr. Yee, insurrance billing, individual frame styling, and lab ordering. In addition to her extensive optometric experience, her strongest attribute is making every patient feeling like a member of her family, remembering every individual personal preference.
